We strive to maintain accurate inventory, but occasionally some items may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. In this case, we will contact you to offer you the option of waiting for restocking or receiving a voucher.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Payment for shipping costs will be collected at checkout.

At the same time, shipping costs for mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg are currently free of charge from the Boutique Sonic store.

4. Delivery conditions

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of payment. On average, a package takes 6 to 14 days to be delivered, but please note that this timeframe can vary. We do our best to ship orders within the allotted timeframe, but delays may occur due to various factors.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment. However, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Change of delivery address

We can change the delivery address before the order is shipped.

4.3 Shipping to PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We only ship to PO boxes using the postal service. Deliveries to military addresses are available via USPS.

4.4 Out of stock items

If out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternatives.

4.5 Exceeding the delivery time

If delivery time exceeds the expected time, please contact us for assistance.

5. Notification tracking

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

6. Packages damaged in transit

If your package is damaged during delivery, please contact us for assistance.

7. Duties and taxes

Sales taxes are included in the price of items. Import duties and taxes may be payable according to the laws in force in your country.

8. Cancellations
