4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and item availability. Typically, orders ship within 2 to 5 business days, and delivery then takes 5 to 15 business days. A tracking number will be provided so you can track your order.

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on our carrier's website.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay). We do not currently accept PayPal, but installment payment options may be available.
7. Can I return or exchange a product?

We apologize for the inconvenience! If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
